It has been 5 years since I attended ISTQB^®, I have learned a lot because of ISTQB^®’s complete and systematic software testing knowledge, increasing the system knowledge for software testing industry, which make me go deeper and fully into software testing, not only in software testing basics, software testing knowledge, but also in software testing management., and made a great deal of progress. As a communication bridge for software testers, CSTQB^® provides me the opportunity to made a lot of friends in software testing area, deepen my understanding for the testing industry and boarded the horizons.

We only had 1 ISTQB^® certificated person in 2007, about 18 persons passed FL certificate in 2008, about 73 persons passed FL certificate in 2009, about 128 persons passed FL certificate in 2010, about 241 persons passed FL certificate in 2011, about 278 persons passed FL certificate in 2012. In 2013, there are 400 persons having FL certificates, 55 persons having AL certificates. AL certifiers  inject new vigor for testing management teams, meanwhile FL certifiers  strengthen competitiveness for teams. With ISTQB^® test specifications and process in combination with HP business processes, it is not only promote the enterprise competitive advantage, but also reduce the cost.
