The second phase of Foundation Level registered instructor training course was held by CSTQB at Tongji University from Apr 23rd to 25th in Shanghai. The training aims to improve the professional quality of the CSTQB registered instructors, increase the cognition of ISTQB certification system and through training to learn in order to practise, with the effective effect. The training institutions representatives participated in the training which came from Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjin and Guangzhou and others.
CSTQB senior expert Zhenyi Zhou introduced the“ISTQB Foundation Level Syllabus”in April 23th,. In software life cycle, testers would follow the principle of early intervention, non exhaustive testing,through the dynamic and static tested two kinds of means, improve the quality of a software system ,perfect the development and test process. In the chapters of "test design technique", Mr Zhou introduced with emphasis based on the specifications / black box testing techniques and based on the structure of the test / white box testing; in the chapters of" test management", focuses on the Test organization and test of independence, Test plan and estimation, Test method and strategy implementation, Test process monitoring and risk control and configuration and incident management etc..In the whole teaching process, Mr Zhou combining the concrete case, answer the question, deepen the training staff to ISTQB system outline and their understanding of the importance of occupation.

After the lecture, Ma Junfei who is a teacher come from Expert group of CSTQB described in detail the examination questions rules, form and structure of ISTQB FL examination, enhance the training personnel for the types of examination questions of understanding, so as to help the trainees better prepare the examination.

In the end, trainees attended the registered instructor exam,this Exam Review Group was formed by Zhou Zhenyi, Du Qingfeng, Shen Jianxiong and Guo Yongkang .Learn in order to practise, trainees with Philosophical fable and Humorous language interact with experts and other ones.Abstract concept, logic structure, deep technical and complex management of the test had been explained clearly which are easy to be understood .ISTQB system is fascinating and thus greatly increased the brand recognition.
Through this registered instructor training, not only trainees' understanding of ISTQB was improved,the theoretical foundation was strengthened,but also their confidence was increased , the teaching skills and ability was enhanced, CSTQB quality and unified image was ensured.At the same time, the registered instructor training also expands on the CSTQB influence, greatly enhance the brand visibility.
