As of December, 2012, CSTQB has made great achievements in developing the number of ISTQB® Certified Tester certificate holders since it was authorized to promote the scheme of ISTQB® Certified Tester in China on May, 26, 2006. So far, more than 4,000 software testing engineers in China have been certified by CSTQB. Hopefully, CSTQB will attract an increasing number of people from different fields to know more information about ISTQB® Certified Tester.
In the meanwhile, as of June, 2012, ISTQB® has issued over 250,000 certifications in 70 countries world-wide, with a current growth rate of approximately 10,000 new certifications being issued per quarter.
