Soft Skills for International Test Management training course will be held from October 31 to November 1 in Shanghai, which is organized by CSTQB.
Graham Bath, who has more than 30 years’experience in testing field, a famous international testing expert, will be the lecturer of the course. Currently Graham is serving as the chief consultant of the European military, and ISTQB Global Chairman of the Expert Working Group. He was involved in the development and preparation of the ISTQB Advanced Level and Expert Level English syllabus.
As a senior expert in software testing and quality assurance, Graham has rich practical experience in the aerospace, telecommunications, and government industry. Moreover, he published the book: "The Software Test Engineer's Handbook: A Study Guide for the ISTQB Test Analyst and Technical Analyst Advanced Level Certificates", and issued many testing papers.
This course is practice-oriented, through various case studies, group discussions, and brain storming to let trainees discuss and communicate in depth. The purpose is making trainees improve the soft skills of test management. Meanwhile, the course will invite finance, telecommunications, automotive, mobile internet, e-commerce, IT and other hot areas of domestic first-line testing experts, to share their experience with the audiences as well!
Ms. Tai Xiaomei, CSTQB expert, 11 years of work experience in Huawei will support this course as Chinese testing expert. She is focus on testing analysis, design, test management, agile testing, exploratory testing, model-based testing, and testing process improvement. Furthermore, Ms. Tai is the chairman of MiniStar2010, MiniStar2011 testing conference in Huawei, the first Executive Chairman of China Test Conference.
