   Position Accountabilities:
-Setting QA compliance objectives and ensuring that targets are achieved
-Setting up and maintaining controls and documentation procedures
-Perform quality control on applications base on test scripts
-Create test scripts for system testing

-Provide training on Shared Service Centre policies, procedures, processes, communication skills,

support tools and company products and services
-Ensure all defined procedures, processes and documentation are followed
-Maintain a central document repository and ensure key knowledge are kept up-to-date



Relevant Education Background, Hard Skill, Knowledge and Experience:
-Minimum IT College Degree or equivalent experience with at least 2 years IT experience
-Familiarity with QA tools and techniques, bug tracking systems, test design and execution
-Experience working in a variety of programming languages and environments
-Working knowledge of some or all of the following quality assurance methods: unit, integration, regression,

user interface automated testing
-Experience in developing and executing manual and automated test scripts
-Must able to communicate in written and oral English
-Some travel may be required

-ISTQB certified tester is preferred
